I hold a 4 year Master's degree in Oriental Medicine from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, infrared heat, tui na, gua sha, Chinese Herbology, and all aspects of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) I was Nationally Board Certified in 2000 by the NCCAOM and have been in practice, here in Jacksonville, FL since 2001.

(Only a 4 year Master's degree  is a true Master's degree. Others went for a couple weeks and then claim they hold a Master's degree. Sad, be careful about credentials.) Florida's laws are lax.

I also hold an A.A.S. degree as a lab tech., and a B.S. degree in Social Science. I have taught radiography and surgical nursing and have passed and am certified in Clean Needle Technique. Every treatment your needles are disposed of by OSHA standards! If someone re-uses needles, run out the door, for real!

My treatment will usually incorporate needling, but for those unable to use needles, we can either use moxa to warm acupuncture points, or use a cold laser to stimulate areas about 2" circular in size  to achieve pain relief and point stimulation. I have the best laser in town to do this. Hands down. I also offer INFRARED HEAT TREATMENT, SOUND WAVE THERAPY TREATMENTS, and I am fully trained to prescribe , correctly, High Quality Chinese Herbs, made only by American Companies who batch test every single batch for purity and correct content!

I will give you a much better treatment at a much better price with much better training and I will use more modalities for the same price than anyone here in Jacksonville. My base treatment is needles, but I will add in cupping, laser, sound wave therapy, infrared heat therapy and more for the same price, I live by my referral business and still have patients who see me from 8 years ago. I pride myself on giving new patients an enjoyable introduction to acupuncture so that they will want to continue treatments long afterward.
